Prior to applying, it is recommended that you come support our or other chapter events to explore your options and ensure we are the type of camaraderie you are looking for.

To become a Member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® (CVMA®), individuals must meet specific criteria that reflect the association's dedication to honoring combat veterans. Through these rigorous eligibility requirements, the CVMA® ensures that its members are not only veterans but also individuals who align with the association’s mission and values, contributing positively to the community they serve.
Along with the criteria listed below, a successful membership application also involves a character assessment, proof of military service, and a valid motorcycle license.
For Full Member Status:
-Served as a member in the U.S Armed Forces, in a combat zone, or have earned certain military awards acknowledging their combat experience
-Own a motorcycle with an engine size of 500cc or larger, that is registered and insured in their name
For Support Member Status:
-Served as a member in the U.S. Armed Forces
-Own a motorcycle with an engine size of 500cc or larger, that is registered and insured in their name
For Aux Member Status:
-Must be legally married to a Full or Support member
Additional Requirements of Applying for Membership:
Applicant must meet, correspond, and coordinate with Chapter Officers to sign an application
Applicant must pay the membership fee before their application will be submitted for consideration by our State Rep
Upon membership approval, CVMA patches may be purchased separately through your chapter
CVMA® GA 25-1 looks forward to hearing from you! By submitting your application, you are not guaranteed membership status within the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®. However, we will review your application, we will contact you personally, and upon State Rep approval, submit your application to our National CVMA Board of Directors.
